How it works

1

Get your initial fixed-price quote

Tell us what's wrong with your machine.

We'll provide an initial fixed-price quote based on the information you give us. The quote is subject to an on-site diagnosis to confirm the fault and the work required.

2

We diagnose and confirm the price

Our technician checks the machine before starting the repair.

We'll confirm your original quote if the diagnosis matches the information provided. If the fault or work required is materially different, we may revise or withdraw the quote. You'll always know the agreed repair price before authorising the work.

3

You approve, we repair

Happy with the confirmed price? Give us the go-ahead.

Repair work begins only after you approve the confirmed fixed price. If unexpected complications materially change the job, we'll pause and propose a revised quote for your approval. Any additional or unrelated repairs are quoted separately and require your approval.

Every job has a call-out charge. We'll disclose it and get your agreement before confirming the booking. Read the terms and conditions.

Know the price before we repair

No open-ended bills, no hourly rates running away with themselves. One price for the agreed repair, confirmed after diagnosis and accepted before we start. Additional or unrelated repairs are quoted separately and need your approval. If unexpected complications materially change the agreed job, we pause and explain your options before proceeding.

Priced on real repair data

Every job we quote draws on thousands of past repairs on machines like yours. That's how we prepare your initial quote, then confirm the scope and price following on-site diagnosis.

Frequently asked

How do I get a price?

Search your machine and tell us what it's doing. We'll provide an initial fixed-price quote, subject to on-site diagnosis. You'll approve the confirmed repair quote before work starts.

What if you need to see the machine?

An on-site diagnosis confirms the fault and work required. We'll disclose the call-out charge and get your agreement before confirming the visit. The technician can then confirm, revise or withdraw the initial quote as permitted by our terms.

What if you find something else wrong?

Additional or unrelated faults are quoted separately and require your approval. The original repair continues at its agreed price if unaffected. Material unexpected complications may mean pausing the repair and proposing a revised quote.

Do I have to go ahead?

No. Booking a diagnosis does not approve the repair. You can decline the repair quote; the agreed call-out charge remains payable where legally permitted.

Do I need a fault code?

No. Fault codes help, but symptoms, photos and videos are fine too.

What if you can't fix it?

If we discontinue the repair, there's no charge for the unfinished repair. At our expense, we'll reassemble the machine as closely as reasonably practicable to its previous condition, leaving it safe. The agreed call-out charge remains payable where legally permitted. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

What machines do you cover?

All major makes of tractor, telehandler, combine and farm machinery.
